Terms of rental cars from JR Consult Ltd.

Requirements for the driver of the hired vehicle. The driver of the hired vehicle must be at least 21 years old, must have a driving licence valid for the territory of Bulgaria, an identity card or a passport.

Prices / Payment / Fees. Тhe official prices published at the site of Ji Air Consult LTD are currently presented. The prices in all advertising materials and publications do not include 20% VAT. The missing fuel will be paid at the price of 1.5 Euro / litre at the end of the rental period. The renter is obliged to pay all amounts to the lessor when receiving the vehicle in accordance with the valid price list at this time, as well as an agreed deposit for guaranty. Тhe payment is in cash or by bank. The payer (Guarantor) is fully responsible on the behalf of the renter.

Supply / Gathering / Delay / Fuel / Driver. The vehicle is given to the renter in good technical condition. Claims by the renter can be made only in the presence of the lessor when accepting the vehicle. The renter is obliged to return the vehicle with all its documents stipulated in the contract period and place and also in the same technical condition. The lessor reserves the right to return the vehicle at any time at the expense of the renter if the vehicle is not used in accordance with this contract. The failure to the obligation to return the vehicle hired for more than 24 hours from the time of expiry per contract is considered as an appropriation of the vehicle and the lessor has the right to inform the authorities, reserving all rights under the contract.

Supply and delivery of the vehicle to the territory of Sofia is free from 06.00 pm Until 22.00 pm. Beyond these hours the renter has to pay a 10-EURO fee. Delay over the agreed hour is paid in 5 EURO per hour. Delay which is more than three hours is the amount paid for a whole day. Delivery outside of Sofia is negotiated further and depends on the distance.

Damage / losses / Larceny. The compulsory and full insurances are included in the price of renting a car. The personal responsibility in case of damage is limited to the amount of the deposit. Additional fee of 5 Euro per day covers the responsibility of the renter of damages covered by the standard insurance. In case of injury, loss or larceny of motor vehicle parts not covered by the standard insurance (damage on the chassis, flat tyres , damage in the interior, loss, destruction or larceny of a talon, keys, numbers, tasove, antenna), as well as damages not described in the Police Protocol and the omitted benefits of damages, the renter is obliged to pay to the lessor full compensation for damages. The renter is fully responsible and must pay all damages which arise when using the vehicle after alcohol or drug abuse.

Responsibilities and obligations of the renter. The renter is obliged to:
– To refer carefully to the hired vehicles
– To follow the level of the oil and the antifreeze
– In case of accident to inform immediately the lessor
– In case of accident or damage to the vehicle the Police must be called in to make a protocol without reference to whose the fault of the accident. The renter must ensure all the known facts, circumstances, witnesses and data he is familiar with necessary to draw up an act about the accident. He must fully cooperate the lessor and the insurance company with the accident and the damages. — In case of an accident, injury or damage occurs, to take all necessary measures for saving, restriction and / or reducing the damages of the hired vehicle, according to the requirements of the insurance company.

The renter is not entitled:
– To use the vehicle for the pulling of other vehicles, trailers and for participations in competitions, off road driving, tuition, training, testing and other similar activities.
– To submit or accept electricity to or from other vehicles
– To use the hired vehicle when the renter or the driver are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other medicines that affect the reactions of a person.
– To give license to others to manage the vehicle, except for those who are authorized by the lessor.
– To leave the territory of Bulgaria without the permission and the authorization of the owner.

Additional conditions.
The renter must know that the renting conditions are an integral part of the contract for the rent of cars of ERG Ltd. and Air Consult and by signing the contract, his personal information can be used for the wear of criminal and judicial responsibility. The current contract may be modified only when there is mutual agreement by signing of an additional written agreement.
